You further agree that you will train and supervise minors in the use of MDT merchandise if they have legal access at any time and/or that you will take such steps as may be reasonably necessary orrequired by applicable law to keep MDT merchandise out of the hands of minors and untrained individuals, and/or individuals without the capacity to safely use these items.

When you purchase merchandise from MDT or any of its distribution partners or affiliates, you agree to assume all risks related to and/or arising from your ownership and use of the merchandise, and agree that MDT and/or any of its distribution partners or affiliates cannot and will not be held liable if injury occurs during the use or misuse of the knife.

You also agree to indemnify and hold MDT and any of its distribution partners or affiliates harmless from any and all claims brought by any person or entity against MDT or any of its distribution partners or affiliates, related to and/or arising from your ownership and/or use and/or misuse of the merchandise.
